June 2022 Towne South Homeowners Association Monthly Minutes

President Joe Hunt called the meeting to order at 7:05pm.

Attendees included Judy Clobes, Jackie Tebbe and Rich Tucker. Jayne Hunt was excused.,

Lot owners present included:

Kim Rickert, Ryan Storie, Sue Unger, Sanela Bejdic, Santina Jones, Becky Prichard, Aaron & Anna Lang, Susan Lang, Nancy Katich, Evelyn Bevans, Lamont & Jason Johnson, and Beth Strautz (via zoom).

Tucker read the May 17, 2022 Monthly Meeting Minutes. Motion made, seconded, and approved to accept with no corrections.

Tucker read the May, 2022 financial report. Motion made, seconded and approved to accept with one correctgion. He provided copies of the PNC Bank Statements.

OLD BUSINESS

Tucker said the 2022 TSHA Annual Assessments Outstanding currently was 20. This included late fees not paid totaling 21.

NEW BUSINESS

The floor was open for questions. Was TSHA aware of any work planned by the sewer or water company on Brawley Court? Tucker said since there was no common ground in that area, TSHA was not informed of any action.

The Board reported that there had been discussions with an attorney about revising the indentures. Also Jackie Tebbe had created a Facebook page and a NextDoor page to allow for more communication between the Board and among lot owners.

President Hunt thanked the lot owners for attending.

A motion was made, seconded, and approved to adjourn at 7:50 pm.

The next meeting will be July 19, 2022 at 7pm at Price of Peace Church Hall.
